History
It all began ...

Running a sugar shack is quite an adventure! Maple tapping, maple evaporator, maple syrup, taffy on snow, sugar time, good home cooked meals...

From a very young age, it was clear to me that I would make it my profession. Even better, the maple grove is my passion!

Since 2004, my husband and I have maple syrup in our blood, and we are determined to perpetuate the Quebec tradition of the sugaring-off season with our famous sugar shack meal!

I hope that we’ll have the chance to welcome you at our sugar shack soon.
